Loctite GC 3W, a part of the Loctite Game Changer series, is a water washable, halogen free, Pb-free solder paste for the electronics industry. The material is designed to provide outstanding humidity resistance, give a clean cosmetic look for solder joints, and reduce the amount of paste required, offering excellent cost savings. GC 3W shows excellent solderability on a wide variety of surface finishes when reflowed in both nitrogen and air. It also features improved stability, improved printing, improved reflow and cleaning, and no refrigeration requirement.
